Once our products are ordered, we can not process cancellations for orders so please be sure of your selections regarding images, size, and whether you are choosing a print (that you will mount and frame yourself) or an already framed piece that is ready to hang. 

Your order is coming directly from the printing facility, so any damages incurred during shipping will need to be addressed directly with the carrier. With that being said, we are happy to help our customers as a courtesy if you need help filing a claim. In the event of a damaged product, please keep all packaging and take photos. 

We process orders every business day and once orders are processed, printing and shipping takes 4-8 days.
