All orders are non refundable once processed. Each piece of art is printed and prepared to your specifications and we do not offer accept returns. 

Custom designs incur an upfront consulting fee, and finished products are priced at the same cost as our other art. For example, if you commission a 24x36 framed poster, you pay the design consult fee upfront, and then your poster will be priced at the same cost as our other 24x36 framed and ready to hang posters.

Design consult fees include one initial design to get us close to your creative vision, with two revisions if needed.
